NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) is seeking a Credit Controller to join the NHS SBS Order to Cash team in Leeds. The role focuses on recovering monies owed to NHS organisations while delivering an excellent customer experience.

This is a hybrid role with potential for developing skills across data analysis and process improvements. You'll handle high volumes of customer communications, maintain accurate ledgers, and use Excel and other systems to manage financial data.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control, collections or similar customer-focused finance roles.
• Good written and verbal communication to explain information clearly.
• Experience handling high volumes of workload, emails, calls, or queries in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and ledgers.
• Confident with Microsoft Excel and data manipulation.

Responsabilités

• Recover monies owed to NHS organisations via email and telephone.
• Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound customer communications with accurate account updates.
• Investigate and resolve invoice, payment and account queries with positive outcomes.
• Use Excel and systems to analyse and maintain financial data.
• Communicate complex financial information clearly and professionally to various customers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives and drive improvements.
