Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a credit control or customer accounts environment.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Hands-on flexible approach with ability to multitask and work on your own initiative.
• Strong communication, negotiating and problem-solving capability.
• High standard of IT, including good Microsoft Office and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts and proactively engage with customers to recover payments.
• Offer advice and flexible repayment plans in line with customers’ ability to pay.
• Process incoming workflow (calls, emails, letters) and escalate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with debt recovery policies, especially for vulnerable customers.
• Analyse data, update monthly reports and KPIs, and report to management.
