Job summary

Kelling Group is seeking an experienced Credit Controller in the United Kingdom to manage debtor collections across two entities. The role reports to the Finance Manager and Group Finance Director, and liaises with the wider finance team, service, hire, and sales teams.

A minimum of 2 years’ credit control experience is required. The successful candidate will handle cash allocations, monitor debtor accounts, raise direct debits, and manage credit insurance and risk while ensuring timely

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.
• 2 years' experience in credit control or similar role.
• PC literate including all MS Office packages.

Responsibilities

• Debtor collection duties across two companies, predominantly focusing on one but covering both as needed.
• Cash allocation.
• Debtor account monitoring and management.
• Raising direct debit collections.
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, sales team and other departments within the Group.
• Management of credit insurance and credit risk position.
• Sending invoices and statements to clients.
• Any other tasks commensurate with this post.
