Responsibilities

• Address invoice queries and chase overdue debts by phone.
• Produce and process credit notes and record cash receipts.
• Set up new customer and branch accounts and maintain logs.
• Provide cover for the Accounts Receivable Team Leader when required.
• Prepare monthly ledger details for review meetings.
