Responsibilities

• Customer invoicing (uploading to portals where necessary).
• Ensuring prompt payment of invoices.
• Chasing outstanding invoices by telephone, email etc.
• Resolving invoice queries, working with internal and external contacts.
• Risk checking using internal systems.
• Answering and forwarding calls for the main office.
• Assisting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks such as scanning and posting purchase invoices.

• Customer Invoicing (Uploading to portals where necessary)
• Ensuring prompt payment of invoices
• Chasing outstanding invoices by telephone, email etc
• Resolving invoice queries, working with both internal and external contacts

• Assisting the finance team with any other ad-hoc tasks such as scanning, posting purchase invoices, completing new supplier/client forms etc

Requirements of the Credit Controller

• Previous experience in a Sales Ledger/Credit Control Role
• Experience using Sage

Experience required of the Credit Controller:

• Sage 50 Accounting: 2 years (required)
• Credit Control: 2 years (required)

This is a full time permanent position paying £32,000 a year working for a really interesting business with a vibrant culture.
