Job summary

Psixty is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join a fast-growing business-to-consumer health insurance provider. The role reports to the Credit Control Manager and covers all financial processes relating to client accounts, ensuring OFT compliance and up-to-date processes.

Key duties include managing payment activities, banking support in manager's absence, dunning cycle oversight, data entry accuracy, invoice and reminder dispatch, and collaboration with the customer services team.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control or finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle payment/credit activity on the system.
• Maintain banking/refund support in absence of manager.
• Manage dunning cycle and escalations.
• Verify data entry on client accounts and sales info.
• Oversee invoice/reminder dispatch process.
• Support CS team with day-to-day duties.
• Assist with dispatch fulfilment and related processes.
• Provide feedback to manager to reduce repeat errors.
