Job summary

Psixty is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join a fast-growing consumer-focused business. You will manage all payment and credit activity, ensuring OFT compliance and up-to-date processes.

The role involves supporting the Credit Control Manager, handling dunning, invoicing, and data integrity across client accounts. In this role you will also back up the Banking/Refunds when needed, support the CS team, and help maintain efficient dispatch and fulfilment operations as the customer

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control and payment processing.
• Familiarity with dunning cycles and invoicing workflows.
• Ability to ensure data accuracy in client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payment/credit activity on the system.
• Support banking/refunds when the credit control manager is away.
• Manage the full dunning cycle and assist when overloaded.
• Check data entry on client accounts and maintain system records.
• Handle invoices and reminder dispatch in a timely manner.
• Assist CS with day-to-day duties including front-line calls.
• Support fulfilment admin to keep dispatch running smoothly.
• Support other bad debt processes as workload grows.
• Provide feedback to the line manager on repeated errors.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join a fast-growing and dynamic business-to-consumer company.

The Credit Control Agent will report into the Credit Control Manager. The role is responsible for all financial processes relating to our clients accounts. It is their responsibility to ensure that the company comply with OFT regulations within the sales/payment environment and processes are kept up to date.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for all payment/credit activity on the system.
• Responsible for the banking/refunds supporting when credit control manager is out of the business.
• Responsible for managing the entire dunning cycle process and supporting when credit control manager is out of the business.
• Responsible for checking the entry of all data on client accounts, input of sales information and upkeep of the system entries.
• Responsible for the invoice and reminder process ensuring they are despatched in a timely manner.
• Supporting the CS department with day to day duties when required including front line CS calls.
• Supporting with fulfilment administration duties to ensure smooth running of dispatch.
• Supporting with all other processes that fall under the bad debt scope and supporting the increasing workload of the dunning cycle as the customer base grows.
• Feeding back to line manager on any repeat errors that are uncovered from the sales team to ensure everyone adheres to process.
• Outbound calls to collect overdue balances.
