Qualifications

• Experience in credit control, collections, accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with clients about payments.
• Ability to manage a busy portfolio and build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and proactively pursue outstanding debt.
• Contact clients by telephone and email to secure payment of overdue invoices.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and agree payment arrangements.
• Identify disputed invoices and resolve issues with relevant teams.
• Review aged debt and monitor payments, escalating as needed.
• Maintain accurate notes of activity and support cash collection and reporting.
