Job summary

E3recruitment is seeking a Credit Controller based in Westbury to join a stable and growing business. The role focuses on credit control, accounts receivable, and maintaining accurate financial records while working with Sales, Finance, and Management teams.

The position offers a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with 23 days holiday plus bank holidays and a birthday day off. Excellent pension, medical package, and career progression opportunities are on offer.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of credit control and accounts receivable.
• High level of accuracy when reviewing financial information.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and credit limits.
• Chase overdue payments from customers.
• Contact customers to collect payments and answer queries.
• Allocate customer payments to the correct accounts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate differences.
• Focus on overdue and high-risk accounts.
• Work with other teams to resolve invoice and account issues.
• Keep customer records accurate and up to date.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Support the team in reducing outstanding debt.
