Job summary

HSS ProService Marketplace is seeking a Credit Controller to help keep cash flowing across customers, suppliers and the Pros. You'll own debt reduction across your portfolio, allocate cash accurately and collaborate with internal teams to resolve aged debt.

The role requires proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced, professional services environment, with hybrid working and benefits like healthcare cashback, birthday day off and career development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a credit control role within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable in a professional services environment and able to work under targets.
• Proactive, solution-focused and results-driven.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• You will work in a target driven environment to reduce debt across your portfolio.
• Within your team you will work towards targets for cash collection reducing outstanding debt.
• You will identify potential problem accounts and recommend actions.
• You will represent the company professionally with customers.
• Ensure accurate allocation of cash to client accounts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve aged debt and maintain healthy ledgers.
