Job summary

HSB Technical Ltd is recruiting a Credit Controller for a permanent role based in Bristol. You will manage client sales ledgers, chase debts and maintain accurate records to support cash flow and risk management.

The role requires strong communication skills and a professional approach to customer service while meeting targets. Working closely with Relationship Manager and operations, you will review accounts, set repayment plans where appropriate and help maintain ledger quality across a varied

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain accurate client files for credit control.
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and understand each client’s business.
• Chase and verify outstanding debts against monthly targets by phone/email/written correspondence.
• Agree repayment plans with appropriate approvals.
• Refer accounts for legal action when necessary and per procedures.
• Maintain records of all customer interactions on internal systems.
• Follow up efficiently and keep account notes up to date.
