Job summary

Pertemps Bond in Cannock is seeking a Credit Controller to join its team on an immediate start. You will handle credit control, accounts receivable, invoicing, and daily ledger tasks in a purpose-built facility with parking, canteen, lockers and showers.

The role requires strong Excel skills and experience with Sage, Xero or Epicor, supporting accurate ledgers and timely debt collection. Training and integration with the finance team are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control and accounts receivable duties.
• Proficient with sales ledgers, invoicing and reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills required; familiarity with Sage/Xero/Epicor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage credit control and accounts receivable activities.
• Maintain the sales ledger, raise customer invoices and credit notes.
• Monitor aged debt, issue statements and chase overdue balances.
• Process allocations and day-to-day transactions accurately.
• Assist with month-end close and ensure ledger accuracy.
