Page Personnel in Rochdale is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our growing finance team. In this role you will manage day-to-day credit control, monitor overdue accounts and help ensure payments are received on time.

You will build strong client relationships, produce receivables reports for senior management and collaborate with the finance team to support cash flow and minimise credit risk.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with management of shared inbox and day-to-day Credit Control support.
• Assessing client credit status and maintaining credit limits.
• Proactively managing overdue accounts and debt recovery procedures.
• Following up with customers on outstanding payments and queries.
• Building and maintaining positive customer relationships to support timely payment.
• Producing regular receivables and overdue reports for senior management.
• Collaborating with the wider finance team to support cash flow forecasting and minimise credit risk.
• Maintaining accurate records and timely credit control activity.
