This role involves managing customer accounts, chasing payments, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Temporary Credit Controller – Ross–on–Wye
8–Week Contract From 12 per hour (DOE) Office–Based Immediate Start
We're working with a well–established business in Ross–on–Wye who are looking for a Temporary Credit Controller to support their finance team during a busy period. This is a great opportunity if you're experienced in credit control and available to hit the ground running.
Chasing outstanding payments by phone and email
Building and maintaining good relationships with customers
Resolving invoice queries and following up on payment promises
Allocating payments and reconciling customer accounts
Updating internal systems and reporting on aged debt
Previous experience in credit control or a similar finance/admin role
Confident communicator who's comfortable chasing payments
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Able to work independently and manage your own workload
Familiar with Excel and finance systems (training provided on in–house systems)
Duration: 8 weeks
Location: Ross–on–Wye (office–based)
Rate: From 12 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Full–time, Monday to Friday
