About the Role:

We seek a technically skilled Senior Fund Controller to take ownership of fund reporting and operational oversight, ensuring accurate and timely financial information delivery. You will play a key role in managing third-party fund administrators, working closely with senior leadership and the wider finance team to support strategic growth and maintain the highest standards in financial reporting.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a blend of technical accounting, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the quarterly fund reporting cycle, ensuring deadlines are met accurately and efficiently.

• Develop a deep understanding of fund performance metrics, valuation methodologies, and accounting treatments.

• Lead strategic projects aimed at enhancing reporting processes, improving fund operations, or optimising performance tracking for investment structures.

• Manage the relationship with third-party administrators, ensuring high standards in service delivery.

• Review drawdown, distribution, management fee, and waterfall calculations.

• Support annual audited financial statement preparation and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.

• Assist in cash management, FX hedging, and operational processes to optimise fund performance.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including implementing technology solutions and automation.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in private credit fund accounting, controlling, or auditing, with a strong focus on semi-liquid fund performance monitoring or reporting

• Prior experience managing the reporting cycle and reviewing fund financial statements within private debt, private credit or similar investment structures.

• Experience in managing third-party service providers and fund administrators.
