An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing customer accounts, ensuring payments are received on time and helping to maximise cash flow while reducing aged debt. Working closely with both customers and colleagues, you'll build positive relationships, resolve queries efficiently and contribute to the overall financial performance of the business.

What you'll need:

• Previous experience within a Credit Control role
• Experience working to and achieving KPIs
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong customer service and telephone manner
• Ability to build effective working relationships and work collaboratively within a team
• A high level of integrity and professionalism
• The ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other business systems
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
• A proactive approach with the confidence to use your initiative
