Job summary

Zohorecruit in Leeds City Centre is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join a supportive and growing finance team. You will own your portfolio, manage end-to-end credit control, and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and the full end-to-end credit control process.
• Chasing outstanding invoices by telephone and email.
• Building strong and professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Investigating and resolving invoice and payment queries.
• Posting and allocating customer payments accurately.
• Producing invoices and customer statements.
• Reviewing aged debt and providing detailed commentary where required.
• Completing bank reconciliations and supporting cash allocation.
• Working closely with internal teams to resolve account and payment queries.
• Monitoring outstanding balances and taking appropriate action to minimise aged debt.
