Job Opportunity: Credit Controller

We currently have an opportunity for a Credit Controller to work at our office in Larbert on a Full Time and Permanent Basis.

We are offering a competitive salary for a Monday to Friday, 37.5-hour week.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the efficient collection, control, and administration of monies owed to the Company within the guidelines determined by the agreed credit terms.
• Deal with returned payments appropriately within the guidelines of credit policy.
• Understand Credit Insurance Policies and work within Certas Credit Policy & relevant Credit Insurance Company.
• Monitor customer complaints, securing resolutions with relevant departments.
• Handle all customer financial details confidentially, as per the finance processes.
• Process and monitor returned payments and report all bounced payments to credit insurers within policy guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous Credit Control experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills are desirable.
