Job summary

Rutherford Briant is recruiting a Credit Controller with 2+ years' experience to join a reputable Colchester-based business. You will own a portfolio of accounts, drive timely payments, and build strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities include proactive debtor management, monitoring aged debt, supporting payment plans, invoicing and monthly billing cycles, and handling queries professionally. Hybrid working and study support available.

Qualifications

• Basic finance understanding.
• Excel and accounting systems knowledge.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
