Job description

IRS Group, are urgently recruiting a Invoicing/Credit Control to join their well established client in the Brierley Hill area.

Location: Onsite

Hours:

• 5 Days Per Week
• 09:00 - 17:00

Rate of Pay:

• 12.21 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Prior experience using Xero Software
• Maintain a detailed record of client interactions and their specific requirements.
• Demonstrate exceptional organization skills to manage client relationships effectively.
• Engage with prospective clients in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, showcasing a fun and bubbly personality.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• A positive attitude with a passion for building rapport and driving sales.
