Job summary

The role requires strong people management, knowledge of Lloyd’s processes and experience with premium postings and MI reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a credit control team.
• Understanding of Lloyd’s operational processes.
• Experience with premium cash postings and MI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of Credit Control Team.
• Mentor team, reduce aged debt and escalate issues.
• Ensure processes are version controlled and followed.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly team metrics reports.
• Liaise with brokers, underwriters and back-office teams to ensure timely premium payments.
