Headstar is seeking a Credit Controller to manage a portfolio of accounts, chase overdue payments, and ensure cash flow targets are met. You’ll work with senior stakeholders to resolve internal issues affecting payments and maintain strong customer relationships.

The role involves reconciliations, disputes, and keeping precise records, with a focus on preventing payment delays and improving debtor days. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing a busy ledger with attention to debtor days and cash collection targets.
• Ability to chase overdue payments by phone and email while maintaining relationships.
• Proficient with Excel and specialist credit management systems.

• Managing outstanding debt and keeping debtor days under control.

• Investigating invoice queries and resolving disputes.
