Zusammenfassung

Confidential in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Credit Controller to drive cash collection and build strong customer relationships. This 3–6 month contract offers a hands-on role from 8am to 4pm.

You will chase overdue invoices, manage aged debt across multiple accounts, investigate queries, reconcile accounts, and liaise with internal teams to resolve issues. Suitable for proactive professionals with Iris and Xero experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable.
• Proven track record of reducing aged debt and improving cash collection.
• Confident communicating with customers over the phone.
• Strong reconciliation and account investigation skills.
• Proactive, persistent and able to manage your own workload.
• Good Iris and Xero experience.

Are you an experienced Credit Controller who enjoys building relationships, resolving queries and driving cash collection? We are recruiting for a hands-on Credit Controller to join our clients team on a 3 to 6 month contract.

Role

• - Proactively chase outstanding debt via telephone and email
• - Manage and prioritise aged debt across multiple customer accounts
• - Build strong working relationships with customers and internal teams
• - Investigate and resolve invoice queries, disputes and payment issues
• - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• - Allocate cash receipts and obtain remittance advice

About You

• - Previous experience within Credit Control or Accounts Receivable
