Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is recruiting a Credit Controller for a fixed-term contract in Kinning Park. The role sits in a growing finance team with an expanding customer portfolio and offers the chance to progress to permanent status.

Initial 9 to 12 month FTC with potential for permanency, Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00, up to £35,000. A well established business seeking a proactive Credit Controller to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in credit control with debt recovery.
• Confident, proactive approach to managing customer accounts.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
• Familiarity with RPM systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing bank allocations and processing client payments
• Issuing payment reminders and chasing overdue debts
• Handling queries via phone and email, delivering excellent customer service
• Liaising with property managers and solicitors regarding property sales
• Managing Direct Debit collections and online card payments
• Preparing fund collection reports and overseeing contractor invoices

Are you a confident Credit Controller ready for your next challenge?

We are recruiting on behalf of a well established and growing business based in Kinning Park. With an expanding customer portfolio, this is a key role within the finance team, offering the opportunity to join the business at an exciting stage of its growth.

We are keen to speak with customer focused Credit Controllers who take pride in building strong relationships and consistently go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional level of service.

This is initially a 9 to 12 month fixed term contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
