Job summary

Monzo is hiring for a Credit Platform procurement and supplier management role, based in the UK with UK-wide distribution and occasional London meetings. You’ll manage data suppliers, on-board vendors, and help optimise costs across consumer and commercial data streams.

You’ll work closely with Legal, Data Protection, Security and Procurement to ship end-to-end supplier relationships, influence supplier strategy and support Monzo's growth in the UK and EU markets.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing onboarding and day-to-day management of Credit Reference Agencies and external-data suppliers across consumer and commercial data
• Maintain Monzo's single source of truth on bureau data, contracts, and usage
• Track spend against supplier volumes and budgets, surface cost-optimisation opportunities
• Coordinate supplier onboarding steps with Legal, Data Protection, Security and Procurement
• Own end-to-end one or more supplier relationships or EU workstreams (e.g. Open Banking scoring) and deputise for the Credit Bureau Relationship Manager
• Lead discrete procurement/contract-lifecycle activities and shape supplier strategy in your area
• Stay highly organised with multiple moving parts, tracking actions and deadlines
• Communicate clearly with suppliers and internal teams
• Be curious about credit-bureau data, suppliers and how they support lending
• Nice to have: exposure to procurement, supplier/vendor management, or financial services
