Job summary

Monex, a FX risk management and international payments leader, is seeking a Procurement Manager in Manchester to build and run the global procurement function. You will own sourcing, supplier management, and policy compliance, coordinating with Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations to optimise value and mitigate risk.

The role requires strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead across geographies.

Qualifications

• Proven success in establishing credibility with teams and leadership.
• Experience negotiating complex contracts.
• Strong understanding of procurement policy and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute procurement and supply chain strategy.
• Drive operational savings by aligning with global functions.
• Develop KPI framework and manage spend and renewals.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing, budgeting, and contract lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including ISO2701 and DORA.
