Job summary

Gateway2Lease is seeking a Credit Administrator to support the busy Sales department in Bromsgrove. The role focuses on accurate data entry, GDPR compliance, and KYC processing to keep applications moving smoothly.

You will liaise with customers to collect and submit documentation, transfer data into funder systems, and inform applicants of outcomes while coordinating with Sales Executives to progress vehicle orders.

Qualifications

• Data entry into CRM and funder systems.
• Ability to liaise with customers to obtain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer data into the CRM.
• Follow GDPR processes to ensure compliance.
• Follow KYC to collect and enter information accurately.
• Request and submit supporting documentation in a timely manner.
• Enter data from finance applications into funder systems.
• Notify customers of outcomes and coordinate with Sales/Account Executives to order vehicles.
