Job summary

Freedom Leisure in Crowborough is seeking a Crèche Assistant to support children and their parents, delivering safe supervision and friendly service. You’ll work on a casual, as-needed basis within our community facilities, helping create welcoming experiences for families.

Experience with children and a valid First Aid at work are preferred; a DBS check is required. The role offers flexible hours, staff discounts, and access to wellbeing and financial guidance as part of our supportive team.

Our Crèche Assistants will be responsible for the safety and welfare of children placed under our care, and for delivering excellent customer service from the team when dealing with parents as well as their children. You will have previous experience of looking after children, and a passion for facilitating children's development through play.

Hours:

• Casual Hours, as and when required.
