Job summary

Eucalyptus is expanding its Creator Partnerships team within Hers and Juniper to build authentic relationships with creators in proactive health and wellness. You’ll handle onboarding, briefs, and campaign operations, working across creator communications and paid partnerships to drive growth and trust.

We’re seeking someone with 1–2 years in influencer marketing or related roles, who is passionate about creator culture and can manage multiple creators and deadlines with clear communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, social media or a marketing coordinator role
• Exposure to paid social is a plus

Responsibilities

• Creator Discovery & Ideas: watch trends, identify potential creators, suggest partnerships
• Creator Communication & Outreach: manage day-to-day creator comms and draft messages
• Onboarding & Contracting: assist onboarding, contracts and ward monthly renewals
• Brief Development & Creative Support: build briefs from concepts; research trends
• Campaign Operations: keep CMS and schedule up to date; coordinate shoots and UGC
• Community, Events & PR: monitor engagement; assist events and PR activity
