Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking a proactive Creator Partnerships Coordinator to support influencer initiatives across Hers and Juniper brands in the UK. You’ll identify trends, nurture creator relationships, and help craft briefs and campaigns that resonate with niche communities.

You’ll manage onboarding, contracts, content pipelines, and campaign operations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliveries and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, social media or a marketing coordinator role
• Exposure to paid social is a plus

Responsibilities

• Creator Discovery & Ideas: monitor trends, identify potential partners, shape authentic storytelling
• Onboarding & Contracting: onboard creators, manage contracts and renewals
• Brief Development & Creative Support: build briefs, research trends and inspiration
• Campaign Operations: keep CMS and schedules up to date, coordinate shoots and testimonials
• Community, Events & PR: monitor engagement, assist events and PR activity
