Superdry is seeking a Creator Marketing & Talent Manager to drive influencer and social media strategies across UK and EU markets. You will manage gifted product seeding, creator briefs, and KPI-driven campaigns while maintaining brand consistency across all content.

You’ll partner with the Social Media and Paid Social leads to optimize posts for ads and boosted content, track performance, and manage contracts and budgets. A strong sense for Gen‑Z trends is essential.

Competenze

• 1+ years experience in influencer marketing or social media.
• Experience in account management and client services.
• Strong negotiator with influencer networks.
• Knowledge of Meta and TikTok advertising platforms.

Mansioni

• Own influencer marketing roster, strategy and costs across markets.
• Champion brand image; ensure gifted product is shown well in UGC.
• Develop creative briefs with brand and performance teams to meet KPIs.
• Arrange delivery of gifted product to creators and seed at scale.
• Brand guardian for copy/content within guidelines and deliverables.
• Manage bookings, contracting and invoicing for activations.
• Grow relationships with existing influencers and expand opportunities.
• Develop plans for key commercial periods; support social ad strategies.
