Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Available to start immediately till the end of the year.
• Hungarian proficiency is required due to working closely with stakeholders and reviewing SOPs in Hungarian.
• Highly interested in the social media, content industry, with strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with basic data analysis skill

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis — You will work with large volumes of data. Figuring out how to spot undiscovered yet high-potential creators through data will be your ongoing challenge.
• Communication & Outreach — Proactively reach out to target creators, introduce them to upcoming platform opportunities, and onboard them into our creator incubation program.
• Conversion & Monetization — Turn creator potential into real earnings — not just a dream. This requires sharp business judgment and hands‑on operational support to drive tangible results.
• Engagement & Community — Maintain and grow creator communities, deliver ongoing creator education within these groups, and keep creators active and motivated.
