Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking enthusiastic graduates in Psychology, Drama, Dance, or related fields to work as Teaching Assistants supporting children with SEMH in primary schools across Greater London.

You will provide 1:1 or small group support, using creative approaches to aid learning and emotional regulation, helping pupils build confidence and positive relationships. Opportunities for CPD and Thrive training are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Psychology, Drama, Dance or related field.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in child development, education careers or behaviour support.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group SEMH support to pupils.
• Use creative approaches to support learning and emotional regulation.
• Help pupils build confidence, focus and positive relationships.
• Collaborate with teachers to maintain an inclusive classroom.
