Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in office administration or studio management.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• High computer literacy and proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Managing diaries and the studio calendar, including travel arrangements.
• Organising and monitoring studio supplies, subscriptions, and systems.
• Handling client communications, financial administration, and accounts management.
• Coordinating project workflows, deadlines, phasing, and fee management.
• Managing and updating the studio website; preparing PR content.
