Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a highly organised Studio Assistant Manager to support the Global Creative Studio's day-to-day operations in London.

You will help coordinate studio workflow, manage briefs and accompanying information, and keep administrative processes aligned with the creative team's needs. Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as an Assistant/JR Producer in fashion, beauty or premium shoots.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in project management tools; Wrike experience is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proactive and collaborative.
• Able to own tasks and follow projects through to completion in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workflow across projects and maintain clear schedules and status updates.
• Ensure briefs and supporting information are complete and accessible to creative teams.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational studio support.
• Coordinate purchase orders, invoices and other financial admin with relevant teams.
• Support legal, regulatory and internal approvals with proper record-keeping.
• Assist with freelancer onboarding and administration.
• Liaise with suppliers and production partners as required.
• Act as a substitute for the Global Asset Manager when unavailable.
• Take on additional responsibilities as the role develops.
