Key Responsibilities

Lead the production of marketing assets across performance channels (Google & Pinterest)

Develop strategic creative briefs and guide end-to-end creative execution.

Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketers to deliver high-impact, cross-platform assets.

Analyse performance to refine and optimise future campaigns.

Skills & Experience

2+ years in performance marketing

Strong portfolio showing concept-to-launch work.

Fluent in creative testing, performance metrics and campaign analysis.

Confident using tools like Jira, Miro, Confluence, etc.

Salary & Benefits

Remote or hybrid - Central London

£350pd - £450pd
