THE ROLE

  • You’re both creative and analytical—you know what makes ads convert and how to back it up with data.
  • You’ll work with 4-6 clients, owning the creative direction and ensuring every ad is aligned with performance goals.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love working across multiple industries and brand voices.
  • You don’t just ideate—you collaborate, brief, analyze, and iterate with designers, editors, copywriters, and media buyers.
  • You’ll work directly with clients to uncover angles, gather feedback, and guide creative strategy to drive scale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own and lead the creative strategy across a portfolio of 4–6 DTC ecommerce brands.
  • Work closely with editors, designers, and copywriters to bring high-converting ad concepts to life.
  • Collaborate with media buyers to analyze performance data and identify creative opportunities.
  • Create and manage creative briefs, analyze ads, and create reports using tools like Notion and Motion.
  • Directly collaborate with clients during strategy sessions and feedback loops to refine and evolve concepts.
  • Use Meta Ads Manager and reporting tools to track creative performance and ideate on new testing opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong backlog of creative angles, hooks, and variations to keep scaling ad performance.
  • Provide regular reports and growth updates to identify patterns and opportunities for creative scale.
  • Communicate with team members in Slack, manage creative pipelines in Notion, and keep everything flowing efficiently.
  • Proactively bring new ideas to the table—test, iterate, and scale what works.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Proven experience as a Creative Strategist or equivalent role in a paid media or growth-focused agency.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads (especially DTC eCommerce)—TikTok, YouTube, or other platforms a big bonus.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze ad performance data and translate it into high-converting creative concepts.
  • A sharp creative mind with strong copy instincts, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with and directing editors, designers, and copywriters to execute winning ads.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) and confidence leading client calls and presentations.
  • Highly organized and comfortable using tools like Slack, Notion, Motion, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, feedback-driven environment without needing micromanagement.
