Mid-Weight Strategist - Shopper Marketing - Northampton (Hybrid)

***We are recruiting for a leading marketing agency dedicated to the retail sector.***

This retail focused marketing agency have been helping clients market their products in store and online for over 20 years. They look after a growing portfolio of household names and due to growth , they're now looking for a Mid-Weight Strategist to join the team.

You'll be joining a friendly team led by a Head of Strategy.

The main purpose of the role is to help develop insight-led shopper marketing strategies for brand activations in the UK and internationally. Y

What do you need?

  • At least two years' experience in planning/strategy in shopper marketing
  • A solid understanding of retail environments (grocery and GTR)
  • Perceptive and inquisitive, a natural problem solver
  • A basic understanding of how to turn data and insight into actionable marketing strategy
  • Strong creative thinker who enjoys problem solving and adapting strategies based on insight
  • Organised, proactive and used to working in a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confident presenting findings
  • A keen interest in staying up to date with emerging trends, technologies and innovations in retail and marketing generally
