Qualifications

• Experience as a sous chef or senior kitchen role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious, high-quality food for clients and customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve our food service.
• Create a positive kitchen environment where the team feels welcomed and supported.
• Support the team in delivering food concepts to customers.
• Represent Eurest UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Assist with ordering, stock control and reducing food waste.
• Oversee kitchen cleaning to maintain hygiene standards.
• Support the team to manage budgets and meet financial targets.
• Comply with food handling hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.
