The Jugged Hare, a Fuller’s pub near Victoria, seeks a dedicated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and run the kitchen when they are away. You will prepare fresh, seasonal dishes, lead a developing kitchen team, uphold rigorous hygiene and food-safety standards, and contribute to the pub’s warm, authentic dining experience.

• Experience as Sous Chef or deputy to Head Chef is preferred.
• Ability to lead kitchen team and maintain high standards.
• Knowledge of seasonal ingredients and menu planning.
