Job summary

The White Company is seeking a Creative Shoot Producer for Interiors to lead end-to-end production of interiors imagery for print, digital and e-commerce. You will manage two direct reports and collaborate with art directors, photographers and stylists to deliver high-quality assets aligned with brand aesthetics.

You will oversee pre-production through post-production, maintaining tight budgets and schedules while nurturing emerging talent within the team.

Our Role

Reporting to the Senior Creative Shoot Producer, the Creative Shoot Producer for Interiors will lead the commissioning and delivery of inspiring, high-quality interiors imagery across print, digital and e-commerce channels.

You will oversee the end-to-end production of interior and home lifestyle shoots, ensuring every asset reflects The White Company’s distinctive aesthetic and supports the wider creative vision. You will manage two direct reports: the Junior Producer for interiors, and the Shoot Assistant, Interiors.

With a refined eye for interiors, styling and detail, you will understand what resonates with The White Company customer. You’ll be confident working independently across stills and video, bringing fresh ideas while maintaining consistently high standards of quality and brand consistency.

Highly organised and commercially astute, you will have established relationships with photographers, photographic agencies, interior stylists, set designers and DOPs. You will work closely with art directors, photographers and stylists on set to deliver beautiful, effective imagery that brings our home and interiors collections to life.

What you’ll be doing

Main duties include, but are not limited to:

• Partner with Buying & Merchandising and Marketing to define seasonal asset requirements, including newness, continuity and replacement imagery. Create production plans and detailed budget proposals for approval.
• Lead the pre-production, shoot production, post-production and logistics for interiors shoots in the UK and overseas.
• Source, option and confirm the right creative teams, including photographers, interior stylists, prop stylists, art directors, DOPs, locations, studios, models and travel arrangements.
• Develop comprehensive call sheets, shoot schedules and production documentation, ensuring clear communication, smooth delivery and rigorous budget control.
• Manage interiors e-commerce production, ensuring assets are delivered to agreed creative, commercial and digital specifications.
• Oversee the post-production process, ensuring imagery and video are retouched, edited, captioned and delivered efficiently, with accurate metadata and timely upload to the DAM system.
• Identify and build relationships with emerging and established creative talent, including photographers, interior stylists, set designers, art directors and DOPs.
• Work closely with Art Direction and Creative teams on set to ensure the final imagery delivers against the brief and embodies The White Company brand.
• Manage and mentor the Junior Producer and Shoot Assistant for Interiors, supporting their development and ensuring best-in-class delivery.
• Negotiate supplier costs, usage rights and licensing across relevant channels and territories, minimising cost and commercial risk while securing the best talent for the brand.

The skills & experience that you’ll need

• Significant relevant production experience, ideally within interiors, home, lifestyle, retail or editorial.
• A strong visual eye and clear understanding of interiors photography, styling, composition and brand storytelling.
• Experience producing both stills and video shoots from concept through to final delivery.
• Proven ability to manage multiple productions, competing deadlines and detailed budgets.
• Established relationships across the creative production industry, including photographers, stylists, agents, locations and production suppliers.
• A confident negotiator with experience managing usage rights, licensing and supplier contracts.
• Excellent attention to detail, sound judgement and a practical, solution-focused approach.
• An exceptional communicator who is highly organised, collaborative and comfortable working autonomously.
