Job summary

DesignStudioPeople is seeking a talented mid-senior project manager to oversee a beauty packaging refresh rebrand in London. The role is a 5-month contract starting asap, with hybrid work and some onsite presence at the London studio.

You will own the project plan and timeline, coordinate copy, design, artwork, regulatory, print and NPD stakeholders, and drive sign-off at each stage to meet the tight deadline.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering packaging redesign projects end-to-end (beauty/FMCG preferred).
• Confident managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders and senior sign-off.
• Comfortable operating under a compressed timeline.

Responsibilities

• Own the project plan and timeline from start to finish.
• Coordinate stakeholders across copy, design, artwork, regulatory, print, and NPD.
• Drive senior stakeholder sign-off at each stage.
• Identify and resolve risks/blockers to protect the deadline.
• Deliver end-to-end packaging redesign for beauty/FMCG.
