Gofractional in London is seeking a Project Manager on a fixed-term contract to drive campaigns, branding and employee experience. You will deliver projects on time and on budget, coordinating across teams and ensuring the client brief is met.

You’ll manage scoping, write SOWs, track risks and payments, and support senior management in larger programmes. This role demands strong communication, organisation, and a collaborative, energetic approach within a creative agency environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous project management experience, ideally gained within a creative or design agency.
  • Experience of working in brand, campaigns, and employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the delivery of small to medium sized projects, from scoping and estimation, through to production, QA and wash up; supporting senior-level PM in larger programmes.
  • Ensuring RY processes are followed and that projects are run on time, on budget and with crystal clear understanding of the brief.
  • Building trusted relationships and managing expectations with clients, dealing with day-to-day requests and consistently delivering excellent service.
  • Writing Statements of Work (SOW) and defining assumptions, dependencies and deliverables; managing changes as required.
  • Understanding the commercial models agreed for each project and ensuring delivery against them.
  • Helping to produce regular reconciliations and proactively providing update reports to the client.
  • Mitigating risks and tracking issues; escalating concerns to senior PM when needed.
  • Ensuring payment plans, billing, POs and client financial information are accurate and completed on time.
  • Ensuring timesheets and resourcing are complete and actively managed; resolving day-to-day issues.
  • Leading project-related meetings, including reviews, statuses and wash-ups.
  • Being able to define and redefine priorities to focus on the most crucial work.

Role Overview

You'll work predominantly across campaigns, branding and employee experience, supporting the team to ensure projects are delivered brilliantly and consistently, to the requirements of the client brief, and always on time and on budget.

As a Brand Project Manager, you'll bring strong project and programme management skills, with the ability to plan, manage and deliver complex work effectively. You'll facilitate clear communication, and support the quality and profitability of our work to the highest standards.
