Job summary

Draper Tools Limited is seeking an experienced Creative Services Lead to oversee premium creative content across digital and print channels. You will lead the Creative Services team, ensure on-brand concepts and ROI-focused outputs, and partner with Marketing to protect brand identity.

This role is based full time at our Head Office in Chandlers Ford with flexible hours and occasional travel. The successful candidate will drive cross-channel projects, coach talent and stay ahead of design trends

Qualifications

• Experience leading the creative direction in an agency or corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of brand storytelling and audience engagement.
• Experience with digital and print creative production.
• Experience evolving brands across a large organisation.
• Proficiency with design tools including Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Proficient with AI tools.
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, develop and motivate the Creative Services team.
• Act as the creative lead and brand guardian for the business, delivering on-brand concepts.
• Work with the Head of Marketing to develop and manage brand identities and architecture.
• Screen briefs, create workflows and ensure deadlines, scope and budget are met.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Buying and Sales to drive cross-channel campaigns.
• Keep the team updated with tools, tech trends and innovation.
