Job summary

Draper Tools Limited is seeking an experienced Creative Services Lead to oversee premium content production for digital and print across channels. You will lead the Creative Services team, guardian the brand, and collaborate with Marketing, Buying and Sales to drive differentiating campaigns that grow B2B and B2C engagement.

You will manage workflows, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and stay ahead of industry trends while mentoring talent at our Chandlers Ford head office.

Qualifications

• Experience leading the creative direction in an agency or corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of brand storytelling and audience engagement.
• Experience with digital and print creative production.
• Experience creating and evolving brands across a large organisation.
• Fluent in the latest art and design tools including Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Proficiency with AI tools.
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite.
• Deadline driven; able to plan and prioritise a multi-project workload.
• Collaborative attitude and positive approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, develop and motivate the Creative Services team.
• Act as the creative lead and brand guardian for the business; develop concepts.
• Develop, review and manage brand identities and architecture; ensure consistency.
• Screen briefs, manage workflows, and coordinate projects to meet deadlines and budget.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Buying and Sales to drive sales and brand differentiation.
• Keep up to date with technology and trends to improve output.
• Coach and develop team members and foster talent.
