Job summary

Draper Tools is seeking a Creative Services Lead at our Head Office in Chandler's Ford. You will direct and mentor the Creative Services team, acting as the brand guardian to ensure our identities are strong and consistently applied across channels.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Buying and Sales to drive differentiated, revenue-driven creative across digital and print. We value leadership, brand storytelling expertise, and a calm, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Experience leading creative direction in an agency or corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of brand storytelling and audience engagement.
• Broad knowledge of creative production across digital and print.
• Experience creating and evolving brands across a large organisation.
• Proficiency with the latest design tools including Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Proficiency with AI tools.
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to plan and prioritise a multi-project workload.
• Positive, calm and collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, develop and motivate the Creative Services team.
• Act as creative lead and brand guardian, delivering concepts with ROI.
• Develop brand identities and architecture with the Head of Marketing.
• Screen briefs, create workflows, ensure deadlines, manage budgets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Buying and Sales to differentiate brands and drive sales.
• Keep tools and tech up to date to improve creative output.
• Coach and develop the team’s talent.
