Job summary

Redwood Clubs are recruiting an After School Club Leader to work in our Holiday Club across Middleton and Rochdale Campuses.

The role requires enthusiasm for working with children aged 4–18, and the ability to create a fun, safe learning atmosphere. You should be flexible, energetic and a good communicator, with prior experience with children; safeguarding/First Aid training can be provided if not already held.

• Previous experience with children; training to be provided if needed (Safeguarding, Prevent, First Aid).

Responsibilities

• Develop a creative programme of educational and leisure activities for children with SEND.
• Support daily running of the Holiday Club and supervise staff.
• Ensure safety and maintain high standards of care and safeguarding.
• Set up and clear away equipment and manage activity spaces.
• Meet and greet parents and provide feedback on their child’s time at the club.
