Job summary

Sainsbury's Argos Creative Studio in Milton Keynes (with travel to Bedford) is seeking a talented Retoucher to create high-quality imagery for eCommerce, campaigns and social. You will collaborate with photographers, art directors and producers to realise bold creative visions while maintaining top retouching standards.

You will explore AI-powered tools and automated workflows to improve efficiency, while preserving skin, texture and colour integrity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Retoucher, with strong high-end commercial retouching experience.
• Experienced in Adobe Photoshop, Capture One and Lightroom.
• Demonstrable retouching skills with a deep understanding of skin, texture, light, colour and form.
• Experience in colour management, masking, compositing, clean-up and colour grading.
• A portfolio showcasing homewares and furniture retouching to a high commercial standard.
• Demonstrable experience delivering retouching across eCommerce, campaign, PR and social channels.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered retouching tools and automation to improve workflows and productivity.
• Experience creating actions, presets and batch workflows, with the ability to deliver high volumes without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality imagery across eCommerce, campaigns, PR and social, maintaining excellent retouching standards across our creative output.
• Use your expertise in retouching, colour grading, compositing and image finishing to create polished, realistic imagery, working closely with photographers, art directors and producers to bring the creative vision to life.
• Explore and use AI-powered tools and automated workflows, helping us work smarter and more efficiently without compromising on quality.
• Develop retouching guidelines and workflows and share your expertise across the studio.
