Job summary

Sainsbury's Argos Creative Studio in Milton Keynes is seeking a skilled Retoucher to deliver high-quality imagery for eCommerce, campaigns, PR and social. You will work with photographers, art directors and producers to bring the creative vision to life, while maintaining exceptional retouching standards.

You’ll explore AI-powered tools and automation to improve workflows, contribute to guidelines, and collaborate across the studio to push the boundaries of digital imagery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Retoucher with high-end commercial work.
• Experienced in Adobe Photoshop, Capture One and Lightroom.
• Strong retouching skills for skin, texture, light and colour.
• Experience with colour management, masking, compositing and colour grading.
• Portfolio showing homewares and furniture retouching to a high commercial standard.
• Experience delivering retouching across eCommerce, campaign, PR and social.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered retouching tools and automation.
• Experience creating actions, presets and batch workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality imagery across eCommerce, campaigns, PR and social while maintaining retouching standards.
• Use expertise in retouching, colour grading, compositing and image finishing to realise creative vision.
• Explore AI-powered tools and automated workflows to improve efficiency without compromising quality.
• Develop retouching guidelines and workflows and share expertise across the studio.
