Job summary

URBN's Anthropologie in London seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a creative, fast-paced team at 18-28 Old Spitalfields Market, London. You will drive sales, service, and loss prevention while upholding URBN standards and store culture.

You will recruit, train and develop managers, coach performance, and partner with Visual and Store teams to create an inspiring shopping environment that reflects Anthropologie's unique brand.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and develop managers and staff.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and ensure sales, service and loss prevention targets are met.
• Coach and develop management teams; drive succession planning and performance reviews.
• Uphold URBN standards and act as a mentor to store colleagues.
• Collaborate with Store and Visual teams to maintain an inspiring shopping environment.
• Drive merchandising, stock accuracy and efficient shipment processing.
• Analyse reports to optimize sales, stock levels and profitability.
